We created and delivered a charity DM cash appeal for the supporter base of The Royal Star & Garter Homes, with the purpose of recruiting new donors.
We used digital print to create DM for the charity, which provides exceptional care to ex-Service men and women.
Working with our sister agency, Intermarketing, we used personalisation to generate targeted direct mail packs, which invited recipients to send back a section of bunting with their message of thanks to residents. There was also an option for supporters to donate at the same time. The bunting was used to decorate The Royal Star & Garter Homes to celebrate Armed Forces Day.
The result was a highly effective charity marketing campaign with a great response rate of nearly 10% and 0.7% cold.
